Jan, I'm glad you liked your meatloaf sandwiches. If you ever want to try to make that meatloaf yourself, I came up with a good recipe and it's not really that difficult. You just need your ingredients, a blender and your cooking dish. I didn't even have to chop, even though I did slop a little.
