Watching a show about the Burmese pythons in Florida wont see me in that state until they eradicate those critters. They found one 50 feet long, weighing over 1000 pounds. Florida makes the perfect habitat
But thanks Jan for posting it . i.ll quit sending picks unless its a record catch. Yes it has been fun to get back to fishing. Good eating also but a mess to clean up after frying fish . i.ll do it outside next time.
Ever since watching that show about the Burmese python, I've been worried about those snskescoming my way. Why doesn't Florida eradicate those snakes before they move somewhere else? We may have too cold of winters for them to survive here in La. .good reason to like cold weather. We saw a water snake at the camp yesterday. Its small but still more snake then I want around.
Chole I sent you a pic of my junior Dillos. They live under my houseI'd . One was trying to et my shoelace.
Thanks for the pic, Carol. Here in Dillo land I rarely see one... I think only one since I've lived here. But that's good... if I never see another possum or raccoon I'd be happy. The racoons are cute, but they can kill cats and that makes them undesirable (to me).
Don't worry about those snakes, etc. The gators will get them and keep them from multiplying. Let nature take care of it.
That's my new attitude... trying not to worry about every little thing, and I think it may be beginning to work (at least as long as I work at it... worry, another on of those pesky little habits).
I've got to move on from all the worry I've done all my life... there are bigger fish to fry!

That size snake could easily eat a human and its a matter of time before they come my way. We probably have great habitat here also.
They should put a bounty on them and get rid of all of them.
They can live up to 30 year and grow with every meal. don't everquite growing
No use for that species. Kill them.
