of the richest families in the country, built in the era known as 'The Gilded Age'...all located just about on the same street in Newport, Rhode Island...The Breakers, the most famous overlooks the Atlantic Ocean...

Needing a new post and the only new pics I have are from Christmas.  Hope you will indulge me while I post some from C. dinner. These are my 2 oldest sons and their families and my oldest granddaughter and her family.

Ms Thing is doing much better.  At least she is back to reading the paper.

Beach in January

At this time of year my thoughts are often of Wrightsville Beach, N. C. So I thought I would post some pictures I took there in June, 2012.  This is my "happy place."
